There's no honest one-size-fits-all price for plastering, because every room is different. A quick skim over sound walls is very different work to hacking off blown plaster and re-plastering from scratch, even if the two rooms are the same size.
The things that move the price are the area to be covered, the condition and preparation needed, access and protection, and the type of finish. Ceilings, stairwells and awkward spaces take longer than a simple square room.
